  Rob and Kath have come to know Dotty our Jack Russell well - instead of avoiding the door - she walks in for treats. Now 14 and three quarters and still enjoying 3 mile walks around Clevedon and a bit of footie, she appreciates the excellent treatment and monitoring for doggy heart congestion long after first diagnosed. Thank you all.

  I am always pleased with the prompt service I have with my dog Erik. All staff are very helpful and cheerful. Erik is not the most relaxed of dogs, and usually has a lot to say for himself, but seems quite happy to see the team. Thanks to all of you over these 3 years (almost) we have known you - especially with Erik's tail! I would definitely recommend this practice.

  Our dog is a rescue dog who came to live with us nearly three years ago. We visited a few Vet's surgeries and chose Alexandra vets as they seemed very friendly and welcoming. We visit them fairly regularly as unfortunately our dog doesn't enjoy the best of health. She loves going there, adores all the staff ( and the treats they all give her!) and they make a huge fuss of her. I would recommend them as they are very thorough and efficient. I also find it useful that I can ring and receive advice over the phone and if they say they will ring me back. they always keep that promise.
